Baptisms

Baptism is a gift of God's grace. Through the waters of baptism, combined with the power of God's Word He makes us His own, giving us forgiveness, life, and salvation Whether you are exploring baptism for yourself or seeking infant baptism for your child, our pastoral team is ready to guide you through this meaningful step of faith.

Weddings

Congratulations on your engagement! At Mount of Olives Church, we believe marriage is a sacred covenant created by God. We offer premarital counseling to help you build a strong, lifelong foundation for your marriage, and our pastors and campus are available for your ceremony.

Memorials & Funerals

The passing of a loved one is a very difficult time. We want to come alongside you as you celebrate the life of your loved one and focus on the love, forgiveness, and eternal life won by Jesus. Through faith in Jesus, we are able to face death with confidence.

Life Events

First Communion

This is a short course for young people who have never been instructed in Holy Communion. Students must be at least in 5th grade to participate. We discuss:
1. What Holy Communion is, 2. The Plan of Salvation, and 3. How to grow as believers. Typically offered in the Spring. Learn More, contact Nicole Stirling.

Confirmation / Rooted in Faith Class

This is a discipleship class for teens that focuses on studying Luther’s Small Catechism and confirming one’s baptism. This is a great class for students looking to dive deeper into understanding the Christian faith and to get better connected in Christian Community. Learn More, contact Nicole Stirling.

Robert H. Lange Preschool is nationally and locally recognized in its high expectations of quality and care as well as providing a unique, loving Christian foundation that will leave a lasting impression on each child in our care. Preschool teachers design lesson plans reflecting California Preschool Learning Foundations, meet expectations for parent communication, support child development and faith formation, and work closely with RHL Director and staff.
