Adopt An Angel

Updated & Re-Imagined This Year!

Each Christmas season, Mount of Olives Church completes a service project called “Adopt an Angel.” In the past, families from the Southwest Community Center were adopted and gifts provided for each member of the family. This year, we have a new goal: to empower these families to provide for their family and demonstrate God’s love for them.

You can support this program in two ways:
(1)You can go online (button to the right) and adopt a family you would like to support. This year, you will be providing a cash donation toward gift cards of $25 per person in the family. This allows families to buy gifts or needed items for each other. The church will provide the gift cards to local stores.
(2)You can also donate money to the gift card fund when you give on the church’s website.
Any extra money donated will go to grocery gift cards to help provide meals for the families.

Gifts collected October through December 6, 2026, and then distributed by Southwest Community Center and South County Outreach to the families.

Bring gifts/donations to the Adopt an Angel Table on the Church Courtyard on Sundays November 15-December 6, 2026, or the church office by the deadline.
