at Mount of Olives Church
Every summer, Mount of Olives Church offers summer camps for children and teenagers in preschool and elementary school, middle school and high school. Don't let your students miss out on a Christian summer camp this July offered through the children's ministry - Kid City - and the student ministry - The Rock - at Mount of Olives Church in Mission Viejo.
Summer Kids Camp
Every Summer, our Kid City children's ministry offers a Summer Kids Camp (AKA Vacation Bible School).
Kids Camp is a fun program for children going in to preschool through 5th grade. Kids have a blast singing worship songs, playing games, doing crafts, altogether having a blast while making new friends and hearing about Jesus' love for them. Kids won't want to miss this fun event!

Middle School Summer Camp: BaseCamp

Middle School: BaseCamp Jolt
July 5-7, 2024
BaseCamp aims to engage students who are entering 6th-8th grade in a fun weekend of camp. Basecamp is non-stop fun for all middle schoolers! Students will enjoy musical worship, Bible study, fun games, meet new friends and learn about Jesus. Basecamp is non-stop fun for middle schoolers!
High School Summer Camp: Zion
Every summer, The Rock student ministry of Mount of Olives Church offers fun summer activities for students including a High School Summer Camp for students entering 9th grade in the fall through graduating 12th grade seniors.
High School: Zion Summer Retreat
July 27-31, 2024
Students will find adventure, community, and will learn more about who God is at a Rock retreat. We have created one of the best summer camps available to high school students, because not only will it get students outdoors - but it will ignite their faith.
Volunteer to Serve
Summer Camps for kids and teens are an opportunity for them to disconnect from distractions of the world, have fun in a safe environment, and learn about Jesus' love for them! Through these intentionally designed camps, they can grow closer in their relationship with God, and make friends in Christian community. Come be an influential leader in the life of a young person!
Who can volunteer to serve*?
Anyone who has faith in Jesus as their savior and attends Mount of Olives Church can sign up.
Volunteers as young as middle school and high school plus adults are welcome to serve with Kids Camp.
High school students and adults can serve with Middle School BaseCamp.
Adults are needed to serve with the High School Zion Retreat.
We have high need for adult volunteers with all three camps.
*To ensure the safety of the young people we serve, all volunteers over the age of 18 must be fingerprinted and background checked before serving. After submitting the volunteer form, we'll contact you with details on how to complete this simple and quick process.
