Summer Camps

at Mount of Olives Church

Every summer, Mount of Olives Church offers summer camps for children and teenagers in preschool and elementary school, middle school and high school. Don't let your students miss out on a Christian summer camp this summer offered through the Kid City Children's Ministry and the Rock Student Ministry at Mount of Olives Church in Mission Viejo.


Scholarships are available to all camps! 

Our church does not want money to be the reason a student doesn't attend a summer camp. Contact us with questions.

Summer Kids Camp

Every Summer, our Kid City children's ministry offers a Summer Kids Camp (AKA Vacation Bible School). 


Kids Camp is a fun program for children going in to preschool through 5th grade. Kids have a blast singing worship songs, playing games, doing crafts, altogether having a blast while making new friends and hearing about Jesus' love for them. Kids won't want to miss this fun event!

Middle School Summer Camp: BaseCamp

Every summer, The Rock student ministry of Mount of Olives Church offers fun summer activities for students including a Middle School Summer Camp for 6th-8th graders. 


Middle School: BaseCamp Nights

June 11-13, 2026


Summer is coming in HOT, and this year Basecamp is leveling up to straight-up LEGENDARY status! If you're going into 6th, 7th, or 8th grade, this is the weekend you DO NOT want to sleep on. We're talking three epic nights (June 11, 12, and 13) from 5:00 to 9:00pm that are packed with non-stop action, huge laughs, new friends, and real talk about Jesus that actually hits home for where you're at right now. Parents, this is a safe, exciting, and meaningful event your students won’t want to miss!

High School Summer Camp: Zion

Every summer, The Rock student ministry of Mount of Olives Church offers fun summer activities for students including a High School Summer Camp for students entering 9th grade in the fall through graduating 12th grade seniors. 


High School: Zion Summer Retreat

July 12-16, 2026


Students will find adventure, community, and will learn more about who God is at a Rock retreat. We have created one of the best summer camps available to high school students, because not only will it get students outdoors - but it will ignite their faith.

Volunteer to Serve

Summer Camps for kids and teens are an opportunity for them to disconnect from distractions of the world, have fun in a safe environment, and learn about Jesus' love for them! Through these intentionally designed camps, they can grow closer in their relationship with God, and make friends in Christian community. Come be an influential leader in the life of a young person!


Who can volunteer to serve*?
Anyone who has faith in Jesus as their savior and attends Mount of Olives Church can sign up. 

Volunteers as young as middle school and high school, along with adults, are welcome to serve with Kids Camp. 

High school students and adults can serve with Middle School BaseCamp. 

Adults are needed to serve with the High School Zion Retreat. 

We have high need for adult volunteers with all three camps.

*To ensure the safety of the young people we serve, all volunteers over the age of 18 must be fingerprinted and background checked before serving. After submitting the volunteer form, we'll contact you with details on how to complete this simple and quick process.
